4. Process & Timing

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost, subject to availability.
